AirtallyTerms of service
These terms govern your use of Airtally (airtally.atesensoftware.com), provided by Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye ("we"). By using Airtally or buying a license you accept them.
1. What Airtally does
Airtally is browser software that reads public records of a broadcast station from the FCC's online public inspection file system (publicfiles.fcc.gov), applies the rules published in 47 CFR parts 1 and 73 (as in force on 1 October 2026) to the folder and file listings and their upload dates, and builds reports, a draft exhibit, workbooks, calendars and lists. It does not file anything with the FCC, does not review the content of your documents, does not certify anything for you and is not legal advice.
2. Free use and licenses
- Running the made-up sample, checking any station and viewing every result on screen are free.
- A license unlocks the downloads for 12 months from the purchase date. Station: 1 facility. Group: up to 12 facilities. Counsel: any number of facilities, including clients you serve.
- Licenses are for use by your organisation's personnel and may not be resold, shared outside your organisation or published.
3. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in USD. Where VAT or sales tax applies, Paddle calculates it and shows the total before you pay. Licenses are one-time payments covering 12 months and do not renew automatically.
4. Your responsibility
Results depend on the FCC's public data at the time of the check and on how files are named. Your public file, your certifications, your renewal application and your answers to the FCC are your decisions and responsibility; consult your FCC counsel. You remain responsible for meeting every requirement and deadline.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, change or discontinue features. A license keeps its download access for its 12-month term, including updates for changes to the rules it applies. The FCC may change or limit its public data services; files you downloaded remain yours.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Airtally is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including forfeitures, conditions on a license, delayed renewals or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
